Cannot sing their praises enough. From start to finish they took a planned and methodical approach to the whole process rather than just snapping some pictures and bunging it on rightmove and that be it. Chris always kept us in the loop and was happy enough to pick up the phone rather than just hide behind sending emails whether it was good news or bad. If we ever decide to move again I'd happily go with them (the feeling may not be mutual)

The deposit process was handled fairly and transparently, and I was pleased to receive the full deposit back without unnecessary delays or disputes.
